Eloas Min Barden

Concert in aid of the Care Centre
Wednesday 1 May, 8pm

Enjoy the unmistakable folk sound of songwriter Jens Eloas Lachenmayr and Jörg Holik (tabla, cajon, percussion)  in an intimate concert, against the backdrop of the spectacular views from the Shrine Room. Eloas returns to perform here for the third time and will be joined on the night by our very own Karsten Weeke on piano.

Entitled Love Song & Minnesang, the founder of the New Barden Jens Eloas Lachenmayr presents his new album with his new project Eloas Mín Barden. Together with his longtime colleague Jörg Holik – Indian tabla, cajon, percussion, vocals, the songwriter plays a two-hour concert in the shrine room at Dzogchen Beara.
Eloas Mín Bard, with his unmistakable folkloric guitar playing, has been touring his own songs for nearly 20 years at home and abroad with various band members on the road and has released 10 studio albums during this time. His songs are a tribute to life, to love and peace, which must first blossom in one’s own heart until it can spread like wildfire. This is at least the vision of the songwriter and initiator of innumerable peace projects such as the peace people chain Bodensee or the project Friedensmal Worms, the artist Thomas, with whom he has already initiated two German-Israeli concerts at the Friedensmal in Worms.

Tickets are available online, at the Dzogchen Beara café or at the venue on the night.
