Exploring the Senses through Meditation

With Kimberly Poppe
Thursday 16, 8pm to Sunday 19 March, 1pm

This retreat is suitable for those who have previous experience of meditation.

Join Kimberly Poppe for this three day bank holiday retreat focusing on how to bring the mindfulness, awareness and spaciousness of meditation into all aspects of our daily life.

By exploring the senses as a support for meditation, it is possible to transform what normally distracts us and brings us out of the present moment and out of ourselves as a tool to actually help us be more present and joyful in every moment of our lives.

During this weekend, we will explore the practice of meditation in an interactive and experiential way, inside as well as outside in the beautiful environment of Dzogchen Beara.

The focus will be on self-discovery through meditation itself, along with plenty of time for questions and clarification.

Everyone is welcome—complete beginners as well as experienced meditators.

Previous participants on this weekend with Kimberly have said:

“The event was wonderful. The open atmosphere, the meditation and discussion has deepened my own practice.”

“It was a cozy, warm, heartwarming weekend. I’m inspired to take it all to heart and sit by myself at home. Thanks, thanks, thanks. Best spent weekend in a long time!”
