Friday January 28 – Sunday January 30
Six Online Sessions Across Three Days

This interactive and experiential online workshop combines the power of awareness centered listening with guided meditations with the aim of healing difficulty in relationship.

Topics for the weekend

  • Being heard, exploring listening to myself and others as a way to find healing in relationship
  • Healing my relationship with myself.
  • Finding self-compassion for experiences of disappointment, grief, fear, anger, pain, hurt
  • Quietening the mind and heart in challenging interactions
  • Compassion and kindness for myself and others
  • Letting go, gratitude and forgiveness

This online event offers a way to discover helpful insights about our more challenging relationships, giving us choices in how we go forward.
Through communication we can often resolve problems in relationships, such as with a partner or ex- partner, a family member, friend or work colleague, even if this person is no longer in our lives.
The practical methodology of applying meditation and compassion to how we connect with ourself and with others is designed to gently address old issues and support the healing process within us.
