To book online please use the “Registration” link at the right side

A self-refreshing ninety minutes suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Kum Nye’s movement and breathing exercises restore the body’s natural rhythms and calm the mind – making it a very effective gateway to meditation practice, and support as we integrate meditation in our daily lives.

Upcoming Dates:

Wednesday 1st July
Wednesday 8th July
Wednesday 15th July
Wednesday 22nd July
Wednesday 29th July

Set up
Do your best to be in a room [or dedicated space] where you will not be interrupted. Many of the exercises are chair-based, so an upright chair (preferably without arms) is good. To relax fully we need to be comfortable so only sit on meditation cushion if it is easy for you.  Set up your seat in a way that you can see the computer/tablet screen.  For the standing exercises you need enough space to move your arms out to the sides and above your head (and see the screen!).
Yoga mats are not necessary. Wear clothing that allows free movement. Best is not to wear shoes, barefoot is ideal, but soft slippers or thick socks are cosy!

“ Just to say ‘thank you’, for putting the Kum Nye classes on line! I have been joining the classes since they started and have really felt the benefit of doing so. I feel more relaxed in myself, freer and more peaceful inside, more grounded!….your classes have enriched my life.” Ann, April 2020

“I literally stepped back into my body today! Truly wonderful!” AC. March, 2020

“Matt once again thank you. It so good to focus on something that brings a peacefulness to both your mind and body especially at this moment in time. Stay safe. ” Hilda, March 2020
