Loving Kindness Week

Discovering the True Nature of Love
Sat 9, 8pm – Sat 16 February 2019, 1pm

During this 7-day retreat we can enter deeply into the gentle yet powerful practice of Loving Kindness.

When our hearts and minds are filled with love we naturally experience happiness and well-being, yet many of us feel a poverty of love, which we may experience as either feeling unloved or not being able to love others as fully as we would wish.

Loving Kindness meditation is a method that helps us to develop unconditional love, starting with developing a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves and then extending out into all our relationships and ultimately to all beings.

Much of this retreat will be conducted in silence to encourage a contemplative atmosphere.

Fee includes lunch and evening meal from the evening of Saturday 9th to lunch on Saturday 16th.

“I found all elements hugely beneficial. I have truly gained so much during this week that I now feel I will be able to use the teachings and practices in my everyday life. I found the silence beautiful and it allowed my mind to settle and become present. This has been the best investment I could have given myself. I gained something from every moment and encounter that I had here.” Siobhan
