Practiced in China by young and old alike for over one thousand years Medical Qigong is a complete healthcare system. Its gentle flowing movements, integrated breathing and meditative awareness invigorates our natural healing ability bringing an enhanced experience of wellbeing and physical fitness.
This March Tony will introduce two of the oldest and most practiced Qigong forms, which compliment and support other systems of personal healthcare such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation etc., this course is suitable for beginners and improvers.
Wu Xin Qigong
Wu Xin Qigong is a simple and elegant set of exercises that activates and harmonizes the internal organs, clearing blockages in the meridians that are often the underlying cause of fatigue and poor health.
Consisting of just five short forms which when practiced at one’s own pace flow with movement, breathing, feeling and relaxation opening into healing and wellbeing. This Five Element Qigong is easy to learn and enjoyable to practice making it easy to integrate into your daily routine.
Kunlun Bagua Walking Qigong
With its natural steps and balanced turning of the body this delightful Qigong trains our upper and lower body co-ordination, shifting our body weight effortlessly. Both meditative and dynamic it balances yin and yang naturally.
Nourishing Life is the basis for understanding Dao Yin YangshengGong or Medical Qigong. Simple yet innately powerful it works through our engagement with daily life, bringing good energy, humour and natural courage.
