Practised in China by young and old alike for over a thousand years Medical Qigong is a complete healthcare system. Its gentle flowing movements, integrated breathing and meditative awareness invigorates our natural healing ability bringing an enhanced experience of wellbeing and physical fitness.
Dao Yin Bao Jian Gong
Renowned in China as being remarkably effective as a comprehensive Qigong for prevention and treatment of common illnesses.Having just 8 movements this most popular form of Qigong is simple to learn yet offers a powerful means to develop good health, vitality and longevity.
Complementing and supporting other systems of personal healthcare such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation etc.,. While this weekend is a continuation of the August QiGong weekend, it is also suitable for beginners who are most welcome.

Location
The retreat will be held in our clifftop shrine room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views.
Catering
Delicious two course vegetarian lunches, with soup and bread in the evenings. Cooked with love at Dzogchen Beara, using homegrown and organic ingredients whenever possible. Tea and coffee.

Concession fees are available for students and the unwaged and apply to event fees (including food), not accommodation
