Meditation and Loving Kindness Wednesday Evening Drop-In

Meditation Drop-ins

Every Wednesday evening from Feb 3rd until March 9th we’re offering Meditation and Loving Kindness drop-in sessions from 7.30pm to 9.15pm in the beautiful meditation room in the Care centre at Dzogchen Beara.

Each evening is open to anybody and suitable for complete beginners or those who wish to take the opportunity to meditate with a group in a warm supportive environment.

Meditation allows us to come home to ourselves, to genuine presence and deeper awareness in the present moment. Loving Kindness practice begins with helping us to develop a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves, which we can then expand into an all-embracing unconditional love for all beings.

The suggested donation for the evening – which will include video materials, meditation guidance and the chance to ask questions to experienced instructors – is €7 (€5 concession) and includes tea/coffee.

You’re welcome to come to just one or all of the evenings, whatever suits you.
