Overcoming anxiety about Covid-19

The Coronavirus pandemic and the worldwide response is having a drastic impact on our lives across the globe. How can we keep calm, stay grounded and find the openness and courage to care for others? Whether we are stuck at home, helping others, or just trying to carry on amidst uncertainty and rapid change, we need to care for our mind and heart.

Kirsten DeLeo here offers a simple guided meditation to help us calm our minds and ease our anxieties. Through this practice we can care for ourselves in the deepest way, and find natural confidence in connecting with the fundamental goodness that we all share.

Kirsten is a teacher in the field of contemplative care and leads courses, workshops, and retreats worldwide. For over twenty-five years she has accompanied terminally ill patients and their families.

Kirsten helped to pioneer Authentic Presence, one of the first contemplative-based programmes in end-of-life care in the United States.
