We have no power over what challenges life throws our way, that’s true.
But we have power over how we respond and navigate them.

This retreat offers you a chance to (re-)discover your personal goals. It’s an opportunity to ignite dreams still hidden within, all the aspirations that may have got lost along the way.

It is a time for you, to explore how you can really live your life true to your heart and in line with your values.

Drawing from Buddhist wisdom and meditative techniques, Kirsten will help you make small, but significant changes you need, to flourish and grow, and empowered to be a positive force in this world.

Location
The retreat will be held in our clifftop shrine room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views.

Catering
Delicious two course vegetarian lunches, with soup and bread in the evenings. Cooked with love at Dzogchen Beara, using homegrown and organic ingredients whenever possible. Tea and coffee.
