We have retreats focused on integrating the benefits of meditation in daily life, to overcome stress and to use our daily activities and the inspiration of the world around us as a basis for presence and joy.
Our Spiritual Care Programme offers accredited trainings for health and social care professionals in listening and in bringing the benefits of mindfulness, awareness and compassion into professional settings. For the public, there are retreats for the bereaved and for those experiencing difficulties in relationships.
Our Free Spirit (no-fee) retreats continue in 2017 with special events for the over 50s and those aged 18 to 30.
