A Gift to Ourselves – Online

3 Part Morning Retreat on Love and Compassion with Susan Browne
28, 29 and 30 December, 10am to 12:30pm (Irish Time)

Christmas and New Year are traditionally a time of get-togethers of family and friends. For many of us however we might have a sense of feeling disconnected from the festive season or it could be a lonely time.

Knowing how to be a good friend to ourselves and having tenderness and compassion towards ourselves can help us through all sorts of circumstances and especially at this time of the year. When we do this we can also connect with ourselves and others on a deeper level.

Over these three mornings, Susan will introduce Meditation, Loving-Kindness and Compassion experientially, looking at ways how we can incorporate these practices into our lives so that we can cultivate a deeper sense of warmth and kindness towards ourselves and then be able to extend that to others.

This course will comprise a mixture of short presentations, guided meditations and small group discussions spread over three mornings from 10am to 12.30pm.

We hope you’ll be able to join us online.
