Connect with others to practice meditation together in a relaxed way that is supportive for your practice. In the Buddhist tradition, meditation is more than just a way to end the mind´s distraction – it is what helps us to bring our mind home to its true nature.
This morning is most suitable for those who are already practising meditation, however beginners are also welcome.
There will be guided meditation with instruction to refresh your practice. There will also be time to check in and clarify any questions regarding how you are applying meditation practice.
