Take a break from the ordinary, to relax and learn an effective meditation technique that will enrich your life with greater mindfulness and awareness.
Learn how to establish a simple daily meditation practice at home, and how the proven benefits of this will permeate your daily life, no matter how busy you are.
This restful weekend will have a spacious programme, including time for yourself, walking meditation in the inspiring beauty of the clifftop meditation garden, and inspirational films in the evening.
Location
The retreat will be held in our clifftop shrine room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views.
Catering
Delicious two course vegetarian lunches, with soup and bread in the evenings. Cooked with love at Dzogchen Beara, using homegrown and organic ingredients whenever possible. Tea and coffee.

Concession fees are available for students and the unwaged and apply to event fees (including food), not accommodation
