Celebrate Chotrul Düchen with Patrick Gaffney from the Dzogchen Beara Temple.
The session will be held in English with live translation into French, German and Spanish.
Live on Zoom from 8pm-9pm CET (7pm-8pm Irish time).
The Rigpa sangha is warmly invited on 14th March to come together online for a teaching and practice with Patrick Gaffney to kick off his first retreat from the temple in Dzogchen Beara.
Auspiciously, this day also coincides with the Great Festival Day of Chotrul Düchen (The Display of Miracles) as well as a full lunar eclipse!
The first fifteen days of the Tibetan new year celebrate the fifteen days on which, in order to increase the merit and the devotion of future disciples, Buddha displayed a different miracle each day. On this day the effects of positive and negative actions are multiplied 10 million times.
Practice will include The Treasury of Blessings—A Practice of Buddha Śākyamuni and since there is an eclipse, the famous Prayer of Kuntuzangpo.

10.00am – 12.00pm Chotrul Duchen Practices Temple
12.30am – 1pm Life Release Practice followed by ocean release (location tbc)
We will dedicate this Life Release to the long life of Patrick Gaffney.
