Developing Trust in our Good Nature
with Susan Browne
Friday 6 December, 7.30pm to Sunday 8 December, 1pm
The winter solstice celebrates light and birth in the darkest days of winter. December is perhaps the perfect time to spend some time with yourself to connect with your innate goodness.
Even though we know that external circumstances can’t really make a difference, in the weeks leading up to Christmas many of us get caught up in looking for happiness outside of ourselves.
When we connect with our fundamental goodness however, a deep contentment arises from within and we appreciate what we already have even more. By developing more trust in our good nature we can transform our experience, and even overcome feelings of loneliness and a sense of hollowness that for some us lingers at the end of the year.
Drawing from the core of Buddhist wisdom, Susan Browne is a soft spoken and inspiring guide for this timely retreat where the aim is to develop and enhance our mind’s innate qualities of love, compassion and tenderness. Join us to develop trust in your good nature and carry it with you, all the way through December and into the new year.
