DESCRIPTION:Mind at Ease – 5 Week online Meditation Course\nMeditation as taught by the Buddha is something that can be practised by anyone\, of any age or background. It’s a process of coming to understand and know our mind\, and gives us the tools to learn to work with it. With meditation practice we can discover a profound peace that is always with us\, beneath the turbulence of all our thoughts and emotions. \nWho is this for?\nWhether a beginner or someone who has been meditating for a while\, this course will provide an experiential guidance in meditation and all the tools necessary to feel the benefit in every aspect of life. \nWhat to expect\nThe online sessions will include: \n\nInstruction\nGuided meditation\nDiscussion and sharing of our experience of meditation\nTime to reflect on how we can apply what we learn in our day-to-day life\nEncouragement to and advice on how to build up a habit of meditation\n\nCourse dates and times\nThis course will be held online through zoom on Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:30 pm.
