DESCRIPTION:Relax\, Refresh\, Reconnect\nA Retreat for Educators \nThis three-day retreat offers space to rest\, reflect\, and reconnect – with yourself and with others who share the joys and challenges of working with young people. \nAt the heart of the retreat are guided mindfulness and compassion practices\, alongside opportunities to learn\, reflect and share with each other.
