9 Week Online Course for Emotional Health at Home
with Fiona Clarke
Wednesdays 7pm to 8.30pm, 18 September to 20 November (Irish Time)

An experiential online course designed to give you practical tools for cultivating well-being and building healthy relationships.

During each session we will practise mindfulness and emotional health exercises, share scientific research on well-being, and explore ways to bring more joy, laughter and love into our lives.

Who is this course for?
This course is for parents and carers – all those who care for children. No previous experience of mindfulness is required. You will be invited to reflect on and share your experience, should you choose – these contributions enrich the course for everyone.

Dates: September 18, 25; October 2, 9, 16, 23, (mid-term break on 30th); November 7, 13, 20

Our 9 week course explores how to

  • reduce stress, anxiety, reactivity and self-criticism
  • bring back joy – reconnect with our inner confidence, and the heart of parenting
  • share fun tools for well-being with our children

Follow-up emails will help you stay connected during the week, with session summaries, guided audio exercises, short videos, and links to helpful resources.

Fiona Clarke
Fiona has practiced mindfulness for thirty years and loves sharing it with others. Since 2004, she has been holding retreats and courses in mindfulness and compassion. Fiona is CEO and a senior trainer at Mind With Heart – an international charity, sharing well-being tools with young people and educators. She was born in Ireland, worked in Europe and Asia, then moved to Australia to raise her three children. Fiona now lives in England where she studies, practices and teaches. She loves cold-water swimming, hiking and the creative arts.
