A Retreat for Educators and Parents with Fiona Clarke

This three day retreat for educators is deeply nourishing and connecting. Guided mindfulness and compassion practices are at the heart of the retreat, we will also spend time in silence, and in learning, reflecting, and sharing. This is a wonderful way to celebrate the conclusion of the school year, and gather inspiration and support for the Summer break.

Tuesday: Relax and unwind, Refresh the senses

Wednesday: Respond to emotions with kindness
- Body, Breath, Being: mindful movement, mindful breathing, mindful sitting
- recognising emotions in the body
- meeting difficulty with curiosity and kindness, R.A.I.N. practice
- expressing emotions through spontaneous calligraphy
- sensory walk
- recognising thoughts in the mind, ‘Mind in the Jar’
- recognising emotions in others
- being a good friend to myself, the power of self-compassion
- emotional intelligence, deep listening, communicating in challenging situations
- sharing well-being practices with young people
- compassionate presence, loving kindness practice for self and others
Thursday: Reconnect with our good heart

Location
The retreat will be held in our clifftop shrine room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular ocean views.
Catering
Vegetarian lunches and evening meals are provided as part of your fee.
