Relax, Refresh and Reconnect

A Retreat for Educators and Parents with Fiona Clarke
Tuesday 18 July, 11am to Thursday 20 July, 1pm

This three day retreat for educators is deeply nourishing and connecting. Guided mindfulness and compassion practices are at the heart of the retreat, we will also spend time in silence, and in learning, reflecting, and sharing. This is a wonderful way to celebrate the conclusion of the school year, and gather inspiration and support for the Summer break.

  • Relax and unwind with body-based practices
  • Refresh the senses with ikebana, mindful listening, mindful walking and movement
Review which well-being practices work personally and professionally, share our stories – our challenges and accomplishments
  • Reconnect with our good heart: “Widen our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures, and the whole of nature in its beauty” (Einstein)
