Ringu Tulku Rinpoche

Relaxing in Natural Awareness
Bank Holiday Weekend
Friday 28 October, 7:30pm to Monday 31 October, 1pm

We are delighted to welcome Ringu Tulku Rinpoche back to Dzogchen Beara for a weekend of teachings, 28–31 October (Bank Holiday weekend). Rinpoche will teach on ‘Relaxing in Natural Awareness’, how we can experience our true nature, starting with learning how to relax. This is the art and heart of meditation offering us an accessible, relaxed and realistic approach to developing experience and personal realisation of our true nature.

We are offering this retreat on the basis of Dāna (Generosity) as it’s our heartfelt wish that as many as possible of our Sangha and Rinpoche’s other students in Ireland can attend and we are aware of the difficult times we are all living through.

Dzogchen Beara is a not-for-profit charity and all of our income goes directly to supporting the Dharma and all who benefit from the Centre. We face great financial challenges this year due to the cost of renovating the Spiritual Care Centre and the associated loss of accommodation income during its closure for 12 months. We also had a reduced events programme (due to Covid) which had a big financial impact.

There is a catering fee for this retreat of €50 to cover your meals (two course vegetarian lunches, with soup and bread in the evenings, and tea and coffees from Fri to Mon) and you are invited to make a financial contribution according to your means towards the remaining costs of the retreat. The standard fee for a long weekend retreat like this is €310. When you book, please consider giving as generously as you can. You can do this by donating online in the donation field provided on the last page when you complete your reservation here.

To secure your place on this event, please book before October 12th when we will open this retreat to the general public.

We really hope that you will be able to join us on this very special occasion
