All staff, volunteers and visiting teachers agree to abide by the Dzogchen Beara Code of Conduct, which reflects both secular and Buddhist ethical standards, identifes unacceptable kinds of behaviour, and establishes a straightforward pathway for reporting breaches of conduct and resolving grievances.
