Saturdays at 1.45 – 2.15 pm
Join our guides for a relaxed introduction to the remarkable story of how a temple inspired by traditional Himalayan monasteries came to be built on the Atlantic cliffs of West Cork.
Along the way you will learn about the history of Dzogchen Beara, and discover the meaning and symbolism of the temple’s sacred architecture, statues, artwork, and the nearby stupas.
Where to Meet
Please gather at the temple gate shortly before the tour begins. Your guide will meet you there.
As much of the tour takes place outdoors, we recommend coming prepared for the ever-changing Beara weather.
