Meditation offers us relaxation and freedom from stress, but it is much more than this. In the stillness and quietness of meditation the effortless peace of our innermost nature is revealed.

This weekend is an opportunity to learn a simple approach to meditation that is at once powerful and profound. We will also look at the benefits of the practice and its relevance to our everyday lives.
