Exploring Compassion
This morning will introduce compassion experientially, looking at ways to cultivate a deeper sense of warmth and kindness towards ourselves and others.
Everyone is welcome to join us for our mini-retreats, a half day exploring topics based on the wisdom and compassion of Tibetan Buddhism and how it equates to our everyday lives.
Location: These morning workshops will be held in the meditation room of our Spiritual Care Centre.
Tickets: The mini retreats have a flat cost of €35, and €28 with concession.
