We spend much of our time looking "outward" so what would life be like if we begin to look within?
A morning of caring for ourselves on our grief journey and remembering our loved ones who have died.
A morning of self-care and support for anyone caring for a loved one, friend, or someone who is experiencing hardship, illness, loss, or the challenges of ageing.
The workshop will be held in the intimate setting of the Meditation Room at the Spiritual Care Care Centre. Places are limited so you are advised to book early.
This morning will introduce compassion experientially, looking at ways to cultivate a deeper sense of warmth and kindness towards ourselves and others.
