Move to Meditate July 9
Simple movement and breathing exercises – suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels – which lead us to a greater stillness and a felt-sense of what meditation really is.
Important notice: Dzogchen Beara will be closed for a private event from Tuesday 14 – Friday 17 July, reopening Saturday 18 July. The cafe and gardens will be open Monday 13 July but the Temple and Spiritual Care Centre will be closed. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Everyone is welcome to join us this summer and experience the calm and peace of our Buddhist retreat centre. There is no need to register in advance, except for the Mini-Retreats and Move to Meditate classes. If the main purpose of your visit is to see the Temple and Stupas, please check opening hours in advance to avoid disappointment.

Free Guided Loving Kindness Meditation: Mon – Fri 2:15pm
Mini-Retreats: Weds 10:30am – 1pm
Move to Meditate: Thurs 10:30 – 12pm
Free Temple Tours: Wed – Sun 1:45pm
