Simple movement and breathing exercises – suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels – which lead us to a greater stillness and a felt-sense of what meditation really is. Based on traditional Tibetan healing practices, Kum Nye restores the body’s natural rhythms and calms the mind.

What to Bring: Kum Nye is a slow and meditative form of yoga. It is good to wear clothing that allows free movement, yoga mats are not necessary. You may like to bring an extra pair of warm socks (shoes are not worn in the Temple).
