In this midweek retreat John Douglas will introduce Self Compassion experientially, looking at ways to cultivate a deeper sense of warmth and kindness towards ourselves.
The Rigpa sangha in Dzogchen Beara engages in intensive practices leading up to losar. Rigpa students are welcome to join these practices.
Through this 5 week online meditation course we become familiar with meditation and gradually discover a profound peace that is always with us, beneath the turbulence of all our thoughts and emotions.
