Connected Educators: Wellbeing and Resilience in teaching – Six weeks online course

As teachers, you invest so much of your energy into guiding, supporting, and caring for your students every day. But who is looking after you? Connected Educators is a dedicated online well-being and mindfulness course designed specifically for teachers who want to bring more calm and ease into their daily life, and build sustainable self-care habits.

This will be a small, supportive online group meeting online on Wednesdays. No previous mindfulness experience is required—just an open mind.

What is Included in Your Fee

  • Six weekly 90-minute online sessions: Live, interactive, and deeply supportive group spaces.
  • A comprehensive course booklet: Session highlights, reflections, and practical exercises.
  • Weekly follow-up emails: Stay inspired with session summaries, guided audio practices, short videos, and further resources.

What We Will Explore Together

  • The Science of Well-Being: Understand the root causes of stress, explore what helps educators thrive, and discover the evidence behind emotional health practices.
  • Practical Mindfulness & Compassion Tools: Build a realistic daily routine alongside short, “on-the-spot” tools to bring calm and presence to a busy classroom.
  • Emotional Regulation: Learn to navigate challenging thoughts, stressful school days, and intense feelings without reacting on autopilot.
  • Sustainable Self-Care: Cultivate practical ways to care for yourself while continuing to care deeply for your students and colleagues.
  • Connected Communication: Develop greater empathy, emotional intelligence, and healthy boundaries within your school community and personal relationships.

How this online course will benefit you

If this feels like the support, connection, and breathing space you need right now, we would love to welcome you to the group. This course will help you:

  • Steady yourself in stressful moments, rather than react on autopilot.
  • Soften the harsh inner critic that can follow a difficult day.
  • Develop simple effective wellbeing practices for your life and classroom.

Each session combines mindfulness and emotional-health practices with wellbeing research. There will also be time to reflect, practise and share with colleagues who get it.

Previous participants have this to say on the course (links to Youtube).
