Through this 5 week online meditation course we become familiar with meditation and gradually discover a profound peace that is always with us, beneath the turbulence of all our thoughts and emotions.

During the first month of the new year - the Holy month of Bumjur Dawa, the power of our practice is said to be multiplied many times, so it is a very good time to direct our practice and make strong aspirations and dedication prayers.
