Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated or difficult. Many of us can feel we are doing something wrong if our mind is full of thoughts and distractions, worries and feelings. If we can simply learn to stay present to all that arises, that is meditation!
Open to all Rigpa Sangha who have already received instructions on Ngöndro.
The Rigpa sangha in Dzogchen Beara engages in intensive practices leading up to losar. Rigpa students are welcome to join these practices.
Through this 5 week online meditation course we become familiar with meditation and gradually discover a profound peace that is always with us, beneath the turbulence of all our thoughts and emotions.
