Summer Programme

Open Daily | Everyone Welcome | 26 June to 24 August

Whether you are just curious, new to meditation or Buddhism or an experienced meditation practitioner you are warmly invited to join our programme in the inspiring setting of the new Dzogchen Beara temple.

Drop In Meditation

Drop-in, no fee (donations welcome)

Suitable for everyone and guided by experienced instructors, you can sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor, wherever you are comfortable and there are no difficult postures or complicated techniques.

Everyone is welcome. Loving Kindness meditation is a method that helps us to develop unconditional love, starting with developing a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves and then extending out into all our relationships and ultimately to all beings

Guided Temple Visits

Join us everyday at 1.45pm for a tour of the first and only Tibetan Buddhist temple in Ireland, and to hear about how it came to be here on the Beara peninsula. Our guides will explain the history, unique architecture, sacred decoration, images and statues.

The visit is free but you are welcome to make a donation.
