Free Online Guided Meditations
Tuesday Mornings, 9.15am to 10am (Irish Time)

Join us every Tuesday morning at 9:15am for a free 45 minute guided meditation with one of our experienced meditation instructors.

Every session is suitable for all levels and there are no difficult postures or complicated techniques.. Make yourself comfortable, sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor, wherever you are comfortable.

The gift of learning to meditate is the greatest gift you can give yourself in this life. For it is only through meditation that you can take the journey to discover your true nature, and so find the stability and confidence you will need to live, and die, well.
