Meditation and Loving Kindness

Everybody is welcome to sample meditation, the greatest gift you can give to yourself, in our daily drop-in meditation sessions.

Dzogchen Beara is now open to the public, however our public daily meditation classes are still unavailable. We are keeping the situation under review and will post updates to when classes will resume here and on our social media. In the meantime you can join our online guided meditations sessions free here.

Exploring Buddhist Wisdom 7pm to 8pm

Join us for a weekly one hour online session with experienced instructors to explore topics such as meditation, compassion, dealing with anxiety, death and dying and more. A different topic every week. Everyone is welcome to attend any session.
