Meditation and Loving Kindness

Everybody is welcome to sample meditation, the greatest gift you can give to yourself, in our daily drop-in meditation sessions.

Dzogchen Beara is now open to the public, however our public daily meditation classes are still unavailable. We are keeping the situation under review and will post updates to when classes will resume here and on our social media. In the meantime you can join our online guided meditations sessions free here.

Tuesday mornings 9.30 am to 10.15 am

Join us every Tuesday morning at 9:30am for a free 45 minute guided meditation with one of our experienced meditation instructors.
